Safety & Privacy
Built for young athletes and the people responsible for them
AthleteArc is built for footballers from under-13s up. That shapes everything: the limits on training, who can see what, and how data is handled.
Training safety
Rules the AI cannot override
Age-based loading limits
Under-14s train bodyweight-only; intensity limits rise gradually through the teens.
Dose ceilings & sprint caps
Weekly limits on high-intensity work and sprint exposure for every athlete.
Competence & equipment checks
Technical lifts only for athletes cleared for them, with equipment they have.
Guaranteed prevention work
Hamstring and groin injury-prevention work in every athlete’s week.
Injury restrictions
Reported injuries change which exercises are prescribed.
Coach has the final say
Arc is decision support, not prescription.
Data privacy
Private by design
Athlete data is protected with row-level security on every database table, so people can only ever read what they are entitled to.
- Parental consent required for under-13s
- Athlete journal never visible to coaches
- Cycle data hidden from coaches by default, with every access logged
- Data export and permanent deletion on request
- Email verification and email-code sign-in protection
- Audit logs on sensitive actions
FAQs
The athlete, and the coaches of the team they belong to. The athlete’s journal is never visible to coaches, and cycle-tracking data is hidden from coaches by default. Access is enforced in the database itself with row-level security.
Yes. Athletes can export their data and permanently delete their account and data.
Arc uses Claude by Anthropic to draft plans, briefs and coaching text. Every plan passes through hard safety rules before anyone sees it, and coaches review and decide.
