Cycle-aware safety, private by default
Optional cycle logging lets AthleteArc take high-risk work out of the plan on the days it matters. Coaches cannot see it by default, and every access is logged.
What it does
Safety, not hype
On late-luteal days, maximum-velocity sprinting and high-intensity plyometrics come out of the plan. That is the whole adjustment — a conservative, injury-risk decision.
We do not claim that phase-based training makes anyone faster. The evidence is mixed, and AthleteArc stays on the side of caution.

FAQs
On late-luteal days, AthleteArc removes maximum-velocity sprinting and high-intensity plyometrics from the plan. It is a safety adjustment based on injury risk, not a claim that cycle-based training improves performance.
Not by default. Coach visibility is off by default, and every access to cycle data is logged.
No. Cycle logging is optional. Athletes who do not use it get the standard plan.
AthleteArc watches for patterns over 90 days that can point to relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S) and raises a flag. It is a prompt to talk to a professional, not a diagnosis.
